This workshop focuses on theoretical and practical concerns regarding the effective incorporation of technology in language learning and teaching. The course explores, firstly, the use of technology in face-to-face teaching-and-learning; secondly, technology as a means to extend learning beyond the classroom walls; and finally, technology as a tool for mediating virtual/distance teaching-and-learning.
